Every social sharing site has its own methods of sharing content. Here’s what you can expect when you share an image using FrameCatch™:
Facebook – Shared images will post directly to your wall. A click on the Facebook posted image will open a FrameCatch™ web page with the image. Within the post, Facebook will automatically (we have no control over this) display the name of the video and the url of the source image - FRAMECATCH.COM.
Twitter – Shared images from FrameCatch™ on Twitter are posted as urls and include the name of the video. The image will not post directly. However, within the post is “view summary” and most Twitter users know to click this to open posted content - the image then opens in the Tweet. A click on the Twitter posted image or the url will open a FrameCatch™ web page with the image.
Pinterest - Shared images will post directly to the user’s Pinterest chosen Board. A click on the image will reveal the name of the video and the url of the source video. Another click will open a FrameCatch™ web page with the image so the user may share it.
Google+ - Shared images will post directly to your wall. A click on the Google+ posted image will prompt a download of the image. Within the post, Google+ will automatically display the name of the video and the url of the source image - FRAMECATCH.COM.
Instagram – Instagram does not allow direct image posts from third-party sites. They only allow posts directly from their app. You should download the image using the FrameCatch™ download tool and then upload to your Instagram account.
Email – This option allows you to share the image through email. The image is not displayed in the email. Instead, there’s a link that prompts the email recipient to download the image. There’s also a link to the video so the recipient may watch the video and share images through FrameCatch™.
Download – This option prompts you to download the image.
Share Link - This link may be shared with others who want to watch the video and share images – it is the same address found in the email option.
Direct Link - This link may be copied and shared for download – it is the same address found in the email option.
