We all know meditation is good for us.  And I'm not going to try to cover all the benefits here and how long you need to meditation to get certain benefits,  There is a lot of information out there on different types of meditation and different opinions on how long you should meditate.  

What this video is about, is just to simplify the process and just get in a habit of a simple meditation every day.
